- He’s not a lawyer anymore so he not trying to get your business
- And because he’s not a lawyer, he is revealing the dead spot on truth
What he claims is very true and I’m sure you already know this…

How said, but how true it is and that’s why Jim wrote this book. And it’s a good thing… one of my close buddies is being taken by his now ex-wife for practically everything including the business that he built.
So if you’re about to go through a divorce… or… you’re already going through one this book is a must!

This divorce guide offers extremely helpful tips to men…
- The number one reason women file for divorce (irreconcilable differences…), well Jim shows you how you can use that as ammo for your divorce.
- An in-depth discussion on successfully separating from your wife and not letting her take full custody of the kids… the house… or other assets that you’ve worked hard to build up over the years. This in and of it self made this guide worth it because there is nothing like having your kids ripped from you.
- Insider street knowledge of divorce attorneys. This is where Jim really shines with his knowledge. Get this he actually shows you how to prevent your wife from hiring specific attorneys… and maybe more importantly… how not avoid the biggest mistakes if you have to hire a divorce attorney. This is huge and can safe you thousands upon thousands of dollars during the divorce process.
- I was impressed when Jim also talked about how to actually get tax breaks from your divorce… again this is where his background expertise shines. Although I would still see a CPA on these recommendations.
- Jim shows you how to win your divorce and not have to even go to court. While this is good information… there are too many outside factors… aka your wife that makes this hard to pull off. But it’s still good information.
Jim literally shares all the secrets he’s seen throughout his career and that really arms you with the experience needed to win. He even gives you proven strategies about how to wipe out any alimony payments you might have to deal with.
I hope you can tell that’s why I rated it so high and why I think for the money you simple must get it.

The Negative Side of Jim’s Book
There are a couple things that I didn’t like… or I guess I should say that got my hopes up and left me with that empty feeling.
- Some of the tips like how to avoid going to trial where good but there is so many outside factors that it’s hard to control. At least he puts the favor in your direction.
- Also he helps with how to avoid getting tangled up in divorces that take years or more to go through… it’s great info but again there are many factors that are out of your control.
- His webpage is ugly and his sales letter is kind hyped up… but heck… he’s a lawyer not a sales guy.
For the price of the book and the value you will get out of the advice and direction Jim gives you… this is a must buy.
After all you know full well that going into your divorce (of if you’re already in one) your wife as the advantage… not fair at all… but true.
